1. Bookings & Payments

All simulator sessions must be booked in advance or in person, subject to availability
Full payment may be required at the time of booking
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice

👉 All guests are required to review and sign a Liability Waiver prior to participating in any activities at the facility. Bookings may be denied or cancelled if a waiver is not completed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

3. Facility Use & Conduct

No horseplay, reckless swinging, or misuse of equipment
Anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused service

4. Assumption of Risk

Golf simulator use involves inherent risks, including injury or property damage.

By using our facility, you:

Agree to use the facility at your own risk

5. Liability Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign a Liability Waiver before using the facility.

This waiver confirms that you understand and accept the risks associated with simulator use
A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any participant under 18
Failure to complete a waiver will result in denied access without refund

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Range Indoor Golf Parksville is not liable for:

Injuries sustained while using the facility
Damage to personal equipment (clubs, gear, etc.)
Lost or stolen personal items

7. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, screens, or the facility due to misuse or negligence
Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly

8. Equipment Use

Only approved golf balls and simulator-compatible equipment may be used
Do not strike walls, ceilings, or any part of the facility not intended for play

9. Minors

Guests under 16 must be supervised by an adult
A parent or guardian must accept these Terms and sign the Liability Waiver on behalf of minors

10. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
